Run Gait Analysis

  • Virtual or In-person options with our Run specialist
  • A recorded and thorough run gait analysis to analyze your stride, foot strike, etc. 
  • A  follow up Zoom meeting to discuss technique progression and further recommendations  
  • Solutions and drills to improve technique deficits
  • Mobility + strength recommendations 
  • Email check-in or strength program option
