Amy has 30 years of coaching under her belt, two Ironman Overall Female Wins, and a former professional triathlon career.  Amy learned how to swim at age 33, became a professional at age 40, and won 2 Ironmans by the time she was 45 years old.  Coach Amy is  owner and head coach of FLYT Performance and has coached a variety of athletes from world  championship qualifiers to beginners,
Coach Stacy Sowers
Stacy has over 40 years of experience as a competitive triathlete and lifelong swimmer, Coach Stacy Sowers brings unmatched depth and dedication to the FLYT Performance team. A seasoned age-group swim coach for more than 25 years, Stacy has led athletes across YMCA Swimming, USA Swimming, and high school programs—most recently earning the title of 2024–25 Northeast Ohio District Swim Coach of the Year as head coach at Canfield High School.
