Swim Stronger Before Your Next Triathlon Season Starts
Â
2026-2027 FLYT Triathlon Swim Drill Clinic Series
Five in-person drill clinics for triathletes who want better technique, more confidence, and a clear path to a faster swim.
Your swim does not have to feel like the part you survive or cause you the most anxiety.
Join FLYT Performance for hands-on triathlon swim drill clinics designed to help you move through the water with more confidence, better body position, and a stronger understanding of what to practice next.
These clinics are built for triathletes of all levels, from first-timers to Ironman athletes, who want practical swim instruction in a supportive pool setting.
If Swimming Feels Like The Limiter, This Is Your Reset
If you feel nervous in the water, unsure what drills actually help, or stuck swimming the same pace every week, this clinic series will give you a better starting point.
You will learn foundational and advanced swim drills that support alignment, balance, tautness, propulsion, and swim progression.
You will leave with clearer technique cues, equipment guidance, and next steps you can keep using after the clinic.
Who This Is For
These clinics are for triathletes who want to:
- Improve swim technique before race season
- Feel calmer and more confident in the water
- Learn what to focus on during swim workouts
- Understand which drills support better body position and propulsion
- Stop guessing which swim tools to use and when
- Build momentum with other athletes working toward similar goals
You do not need to be fast to attend. You need to be willing to learn, practice, and ask questions.
What Athletes Will Learn
Each clinic will focus on practical swim skills triathletes can take back into training.
- Foundational drill work for body position and balance
- Advanced drill progressions for stronger technique
- Alignment cues to reduce drag
- Tautness through the core and body line
- Propulsion mechanics for a more effective pull
- Breathing rhythm and comfort in the water
- Swim equipment guidance, including when to use tools and when to keep it simple
- Practice structure so you know how to keep improving after the clinic
The Clinic Experience
This is not just a swim workout.
You will get coached through drills, receive instruction you can apply immediately, and practice with a group of triathletes who are also working toward stronger swims.
Expect a focused, supportive environment with clear instruction, practical feedback, and time in the water to feel the difference between simply swimming laps and training with purpose.
After the clinic, FLYT Performance will provide support to help you keep building toward your next-season triathlon goals.
